Back again with another beauty blog. Here I am again talking about my favorite makeup product: lipsticks!( In particular liquid lipsticks right now) As you know, I am a big fan of the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks.( I have an entire blog post dedicated to them : ) )  This summer, the line released a number of new shades to the collection. The shades were added to the collection are in the photo down below:

I like that the new shades they offer, range from very light and opaque to deep and darkly pigmented shades. I had my eyes on 4 shades: Ayesha, Susperia, Nosferatu and Exorcism. Unfortunately, I was only able to get my hands on two: Ayesha and Susperia. As soon as I get my hands on the other two, I will put up a post about them 🙂  Here’s my thoughts on the two I did get.

Ayesha: A rich lavender shade. Very matte. Blue undertone. I think Its pretty close to MAC’s Men Love Mystery although the latter has a slightly more pink undertone. I like it. I probably wont wear it much after September.  It’s a really pretty colour that I think Id like to reserve for spring : )

Susperia: A  bright lavender shade. Very similar to Mac’s Heroine or even MAC’s RIRI Boy. Absolutely LOVE this shade. Possibly one of my new favorites.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the formulation on these new shades doesn’t seem as drying as my other Kat Von D liquid lipsticks. Still same doe foot applicator which still allows for easy application.  I enjoy them even more now. Which one of these new shades are you interested in checking out? Let me know!
